FC Samba Officially Fold
After 12 seasons, with 2 league titles and 1 cup win along the way, the club have announced that they will be resigning from the NSL and will not be competitng in the 2015/16 season.\r\n\r\nThe club would like to thank every player and supporter that has been a part of the Samba family over the years. A reunion tournament day has already been mentioned for some time in the future!

Samba Secure NAA Prem Title
Going into their final game of the season, Samba were uncertain of what result would be good enough to win the league. Focused solely on winning the game, Samba found themselves 4-0 up at half-time and decided to "go for it" in the second half. A stunning 10-1 victory, Samba's highest ever winning scoreline meant they had one hand on the silverware, but when news filtered through from Ashland that they had beaten Santos 4-1, the championship party could begin.

Cup Draws...
The FC Samba first team have been handed two tricky 1st round fixtures in the cup. The good news is that they will be at Eagle Valley for both ties, with the Cup Holders starting against Kirton Brickworks in the League Senior Cup. AFC Hucknall of the Central Midlands Premier Division are their other opponents in the Notts Intermediate Cup.\r\n\r\nThe new Samba Reserves Management team look to have brought a change of fortune to the team already as they have been handed byes in both cup competitions and progress to Round 2.
